Spirit of Independence Film Festival

SOI is an independent, non-profit film festival celebrating and screening micro-budget films from around the world.

So what is a micro-budget film?
Well for our purposes it’s any feature film shot for under £100k or short film shot for under £1k.

Ok, what will you be screening then?
We’ve got a full days programme showing several feature films and shorts crossing several genres and from a variety of countries. Be assured there’s something for everyone.

We will also be having Q and A sessions with filmmakers, stalls from traders and a showcase of local filmmaki no talent.

The event runs from 11am to around 11pm but you can come and go as you please, we’ve intentionally kept prices low so you get the best value for money possible.
